Fall Fundraiser

Product Sales: The purpose of PTA fundraising is to help support the transportation expenses for school field trips,
assemblies, teacher continuing education, student enrichment programs, and much more! For the
2011-2012 year, we will not have our traditional product sales (gift wrap, flowers, etc.)
Fall Fundraiser because of the huge success of our Boosterthon we had in the spring. The PTA had decided to
shift the Boosterthon from the spring to the fall.
Direct Donations: We are, however, keeping the direct donation option which allows parents to make a
tax-deductible donation directly to the PTA. While any amount is appreciated, a donation of $20 per child will assist
us in achieving our fundraising goals. Please consider making a donation and/or asking your employer
to donate to this worthy cause.
To use the Direct Donation Option, simply complete the
2011-2012 Direct Donation Canpaign Letter /
2011-2012 Direct Donation Campaign Letter in Espanol form and return the bottom with your donation in an envelope
clearly marked "LT PTA donation" to your child's teacher. All checks should be made payable to "LT PTA".
Past Fall Fundraiser Achievements: Thank you for supporting London Towne PTA through its Fall Fundraiser.
For 2010, our product sales totaled $22,573 and $822 were received in direct donations.
Product sales for 2009 totaled approximately $28,000.
