Fall Fundraiser

London Towne Families!

Thank you for supporting London Towne PTA through its Fall Fundraiser. All orders turned in were processed and submitted last week. To date we have collected approximately $22,500 towards our budget goal of $24,000. If the PTA is unable to raise the required funds, we will not be able to fully support all of our budgeted student-based programs.

While we are unable to accept and process any additional form orders, you are STILL able to place orders on-line. Here is the information for Lavender's on-line ordering:

  1. Register as a 'Student' by going to Shop Lavenders and click on 'Student Login'.
  2. Enter our School Code 100854 under 'Create an Account' column, and then click 'Continue'.
  3. Fill in all required fields on the next screen (note: your fundraiser is Holiday Impressions and your Student ID# can be found on your order form, it is the 7-digits on the top left of your form beginning with the letter "S"). You can either use the "S" number from the pink copy of your order previously submitted to the school OR you can pick up a blank order form from the school.
  4. Input email addresses of supporters to send them a solicitation email automatically that contains your student/school info OR give them your Student ID# once you are registered so they can enter it when they order.

In addition, we are still accepting direct donations. This option allows parents to make a tax deductible donation directly to the PTA instead of selling the items. While any amount is appreciated, a donation of $20 per child will assist us in reaching our budget of $24,000! Your donation would help ensure field trips, assemblies and other family/community events will stay on target for this school year. To use the Direct Donation Option, simply complete the 2009-2010 Fall Fundraiser Direct Donation / 2009-2010 Fall Fundraiser Direct Donation in Espanol form and return the bottom with your donation in an envelope clearly marked "LT PTA donation" to your child's teacher. All checks should be made payable to "LT PTA".

Important Dates to Remember:

  • Monday, November 2nd & Tuesday, November 3rd - Orders will be delivered to the school. PTA will notify you of the dates and times when orders will be available for pickup.
